Quick Yorkshire Pudding Hack

You will not believe your eyes when you read how quick this recipe is and its TOTALLY foolproof!

Preheat your oven to the highest setting – ours is Gas Mark 9

In a jug, put 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup plain flour, 1/2 cup Semi-Skimmed milk (you can also use oat milk if you’re dairy free, I’ve tried that too) and 1/2 cup of eggs (which is usually 3 large ones… but I like to put 4 in just in case)

Mix it with a stick blender until fully combined

Pour the mixture evenly into a COLD muffin tin (yes, cold!) – it should make 12

Put them into the oven and DO NOT open the door to check them. Cook for about 20-30 mins until golden and risen beautifully – they wont stick and they will cook perfectly
